The LOLA Lads and Lasses section of our website is an area which we use exclusively to promote the other skills found within our team.

Whilst we’d love to think that all of our staff will stay with us forever, unfortunately it seems that many of them have other talents that they’d like to put into action at some point.

Each month we show off one of these little rippers!

THIS MONTH we’re showing off Sarah Adams:

Sarah started out as a pastry chef 8 years ago and has always had a passion for cakes. Her dream has been to start her own business and she hopes to be known as one of London’s top cake makers. This year she launched Gosh Patisserie - a celebration and wedding cake business. She has already found success at the Great Taste Awards and won two gold star medals for her Raspberry and Rose cake and Hazelnut Praline! She loves cake so much that she also writes a weekly cake column for online magazine Beauty and the Dirt, check this out for easy and impressive recipes.

Chocolate is her thing so if you want something delicious and extra special for a celebration she would love to make it for you!
