BIG congratulations to Beatriz Puerta Alvarez who is our LOLA employee of the month for March and to the ‘LOLA Star’ Ian Khoo!

Beatriz Puerta Alvarez

Beatriz joined our London catering staff team just before the Christmas run last year. Having worked at lots of different events for a variety of clients, Beatriz attracted a lot of praise from clients and supervisors alike and became a valued member of LOLA’s waiting staff team.

She is listed as one of the favourite staff members for many clients including: Ronchini Gallery, Jackie Filmer Bespoke Foods, Hackney Council and Create Food & Party Design.

Staff who have had the pleasure of working with Beatriz describe her as hard-working and lovely. They also praise her great attention to detail and organisational skills. Beatriz is always a ‘pleasure to work with’.

Ian Khoo

Ian Khoo Ian has been working for LOLA as a waiter for 6 months now and has often been highlighted as one of the top performers on his shifts.

Diligent and hard-working, Ian is one of LOLA’s most experienced waiters and a great team player.

Ian is often requested back by Marriott London Heathrow Hotel, Create Food & Party Design and Claridges Hotel – being one of their favourite waiting staff members.

His fellow LOLA workers describe him as ‘very professional with a fantastic proactive attitude’. Ian is ‘always on top of everything’ and ‘eager to help’.
